Mack D. Bissette, III
CEO

Mack Bissette has been the CEO and Managing Member of Springdale Capital, LLC, of Atlanta, Georgia, and SRG Homes & Neighborhoods, of Jacksonville, Florida for the past 12 years. A native of North Carolina, where he attended UNC at Chapel Hill, Mr. Bissette carries on a family tradition of real estate development that began with his grandfather in his hometown of Wilson.

With a strong background in valuations, developed over a 20-year career as an MAI, he has developed numerous single-family residential and hotel projects valued at more than $185M, including the acclaimed Hawthorne Park, The Preserve East Atlanta and Springfield developments, and has been an investor in several multi-family residential and retail development projects.

Mr. Bissette is member of the Atlanta Metro Homebuilders Association, the Northeast Florida Builders Association, the Appraisal Institute and the Urban Land Institute, and resides in the Uptown Springfield community in Jacksonville, Florida.

Michael Dees
CFO, COO

Michael Dees became a partner in Springdale Capital and SRG Homes & Neighborhoods in 1999. After earning an Accounting degree and Masters of Taxation from Georgia State University, Mr. Dees spent 10 years as a Tax Accountant developing an in-depth knowledge of tax and finance.

Mr. Dees oversees the finance and resource management aspects of the company, and has employed his attention to detail in the development of its uniquely successful construction process. He has managed the flow of resources in the development of more than 1,000 single-family residential units including the Tilson Ridge, Preston Place and Village Park subdivisions.

Mr. Dees is a member of the Atlanta Metro Homebuilders Association, the Georgia Society of CPAs and the AICPA and resides in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.

Eddie Johnson, CGC#1507130
President of Construction

Eddie Johnson became a partner in SRG Homes & Neighborhoods in 2003, after serving as a Vice President, Construction Manager for Springdale Capital, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to his experience on the Springdale and SRG residential projects, Mr. Johnson spent eight years at C.M. Kitchens Construction Company where, as the Director of Hotel Development, he oversaw the production of more than 1M square feet of hospitality space throughout the Southeast, 16 retail stores and a private school.

Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering & Mechanics of Materials from Mississippi State University, is the current Chairman of the Jacksonville Planning Commission, a member of the Northeast Florida Builders Association, a Mason with the Solomon Lodge, and resides in the Uptown Springfield community in Jacksonville, Florida.
